Legal Travel: Travel to Cuba by US citizens and residents is subject to the policies of the White House, and Saint Christopher Journeys LLC will only provide travel planning that is legal. Changes in White House policies are beyond the control of Saint Christopher Journeys LLC. Group educational travel, both for-credit and not-for-credit, is legal under US law. It must be planned by an educaitonal travel organization and must consist of a full-time schedule of educational activities.
